Levi D. Lokhorst

Levi D. Lokhorst is the Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Pioneer DevCo. Levi brings strategic development guidance and capital market expertise to Pioneer DevCo.

Prior to Pioneer, Levi served as Vice President of Construction and Commercial Real Estate Financing at Banc of California where he led the credit approval, origination, and operations of over $4 billion in real estate financing and 3rd party capital transactions. Levi plays a key role in aligning financial structure, economic and capital market insight & patterns with long-term project performance.

Levi's ability to decode market trends and navigate investment cycles empowers Pioneer to execute high-value ventures with intentional clarity.

Following Levi’s Division-One athletic career, he held executive roles with North America’s leading consumer electronics retailer for nearly ten years generating over $41.5 billion in net company sales. While in his consumer sales career, Levi led tactical management teams and oversaw +200 employees. Throughout economic downturns and cycles, Mr. Lokhorst created & implemented companywide operational and sales initiatives that are still used today.
